When will my order ship? Every garment is carefully quality-checked, steam-ironed, and lovingly packed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number the moment your package departs our studio.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? Yes! We proudly ship to all valid residential, business, P.O. Boxes, and military (APO/FPO) addresses within the United States.

SIZING & FABRIC CARE

What is your return policy? We want you to be completely enchanted by your pieces. If a garment isn’t the perfect fit for your evening ritual, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with all original tags and packaging intact within 30 days of delivery.

What if my item arrives damaged? We hold our collections to a premium, noble standard. In the rare event that an item arrives with a defect, please email us at info@noblenocturne.myshopify.com with a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a brand-new replacement immediately at zero extra cost to you.
